The Land Exchange

Working with the Public Lands director at HCCA has its perks. This week I got to go out in the field and listen to the discussion of a proposed land exchange in Gunnison County. To hear why and how land is traded, concerns, and benefits was an eye  opener. I love that Americans get the privilege to enjoy and recreate on public lands, so to be in the behind the scenes development was invaluable.
